Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you ordered from www.shridhaan.com is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or differs from what you had expected (including size mismatch), you may return the item unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging, within 14 days of delivery, for a possible exchange or refund.
Once we receive the return, our Customer Care Team will inspect the item. Based on the condition and reason for return, a refund or exchange will be processed at our discretion.
Domestic Return Process
- On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) you are returning and mention the reason clearly.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
- Include the original invoice inside the package.
- Ship the parcel back to our provided address (shared after return approval).
- Do not send any item back before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
International Orders
Currently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges or returns on international orders.
In case of any damaged or defective product delivered internationally, please email us at shridhaanfashionstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the issue.
Refunds on international orders do not include shipping, duties, or taxes already paid.
Important Conditions
- We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Refunds are offered only on products sold at full price.
- Products bought on sale or discount are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged for another size or design if available.
- Altered or customized garments are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Refunds are not processed for items returned without proper approval and verification.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Colour Display Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, differences in screen resolution and lighting may cause slight colour variations. We do not guarantee that your screen’s display will precisely match the product colour.
Other Disclaimers
- Shridhaan is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable courier service and keep the receipt/tracking number safe.
- We are not liable for any transaction failures due to insufficient funds or card limit restrictions.
- Customers who repeatedly misuse the return/refund policy may be restricted from future purchases.
- Exchanged products will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days from the date of pickup confirmation.
